
I get sidetracked by all the cute things my girls say and do. Even with 200+ Christmas photos (from three years) to scrap, I still chose to do this single page (with one really unrelated photo, mind you) about Louise and her consistent prayer of “God Bless Mary and Joseph” that she started at Christmas this year. I love doing pages like this; the same-old, same-old Christmas Eve ’round the tree photos, I don’t. My justification is that it’s just the stuff like this that I will forget, while I’ll never forget our yearly traditions. Does anybody else have this problem?

This is really beautiful, Amy! And, I am the same way. I just decided there’s no reason to scrap every picture. Just the stories I want to are good enough and the rest can go in normal photo albums (Someday, when I get around to that).

My goodness, any scrapbooking is serious scrapbooking.
I always look at it that way. I mean, it’s rare to find the scrapbooker that’s “caught-up” — I am an obsessive caught-up scrapbooker and I’m only to June… but it’s so imporatnt to get the little things down, and you just can’t when you’re doing it 3 days later
